Homesick Candle Return Policy

Sale Items:
All sale items are non-refundable and considered final sale.

Full-Priced Items:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within fourteen (14) days of purchase if the candle is in the original condition and packaging. Please note that unless a manufacturing defect is present, we cannot accept returns of candles that have been lit.

To place a return, e-mail help@homesick.com with the following information:

  1. Customer name
  2. Order number
  3. Item(s) to be returned
  4. Reason for return

We will respond with a Return Authorization Number and address to where the items may be returned. Refunds can take 1-2 weeks to be reflected in your account.

To prevent damages in transit, please ship the item(s) back in the original packaging including the Return Authorization Number and Original Packaging Slip. Once the item(s) is received at our warehouse, a refund in the original form of payment will be issued.

Please allow additional return shipping time for returns from military bases (APO/FPO).

While refunds leave our account immediately, it can take from a few days to up to 2 billing cycles for the money to appear in your account.

Homesick Apparel Return Policy

Outside of a defect or special circumstance, Homesick apparel is not eligible for returns. Please review our product description and sizing chart carefully so you can select the best size.

Other Homesick Product Return Policy

Unfortunately, due to many safety concerns and personal health, we cannot accept returns on any lip balms, oil, honey, gift basket, soap or cutting boards.
